to announce this acquisition results in the formation of Ki Mobility Canada LTD.

mobility and home accessibility manufacturers from around the World. Their sales team, led by
Rick Nori, has been representing Ki Mobility for the last 4 years and have been a vital part of
their success in the Canadian market.
